NYSARC Trust Services is a non-profit organization that administers pooled supplemental needs trusts (SNT) to allow people with disabilities and qualifying adults to qualify and maintain financial eligibility for Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and other means-tested government benefits. The Center for Disability Services offers hope, innovation and achievement to the people we support. For over 75 years, we have been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere. The Center for Disability Services provides comprehensive Health Care, residential services, education, adult programming, service coordination and skilled nursing care to individuals with disabilities. In addition, we have a commercial printing, inserting, and mailing operation that is supported by a workforce of over 200 individuals with disabilities. Our annual budget is approximately $129 million dollars and we employ over 2,700 workers in over 80 locations.
