The Clarkson School is a selective early college program for high academic achievers who have progressed beyond their high school curriculum and are ready for a fresh challenge. Students will live in a special living and learning community that provides additional support for personal growth, academic achievement and professional development. Clarkson School students take the same courses as Clarkson University first-year students and enjoy the same unlimited access to athletics and recreation, the Student Success, and clubs and activities.

St. Lawrence Health (SLH) was established in December 2013 with the mission to improve health and to expand access through coordination and integration of services. Its core programs in emergency medicine, acute care, hospitalist medicine, critical care, and a Level III Trauma Center are supplemented by outpatient health services in Brasher Falls, Canton, Colton, Massena, Norfolk, Norwood, and Potsdam, NY. CPH offers specialty care in over 35 different specialties, including a robust orthopedic surgery and sports medicine program, and the Center for Cancer Care. Gouverneur Hospital, located in its namesake city in Northern New York, is a not-for-profit critical access hospital founded in 2013 and certified for 25 beds. Services include inpatient detox, substance use disorder rehabilitation, behavioral health services, emergency care, imaging and EKGs, physical rehabilitation, and respiratory therapy. Massena Hospital is a 25-bed community hospital providing inpatient, medical, and surgical services in addition to emergency care. MH’s main campus also provides imaging and laboratory services, nutritional counseling, respiratory care, and inpatient physical and speech therapies. cardiology, infusion, nephrology, neurology, OB-GYN and women’s health, pediatrics, and primary care.

Adirondack Health offers a full range of medical and surgical services, in addition to primary care at three health centers, and long term care at two skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. The main hospital is a 97-bed acute care facility located across from Lake Colby in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of New York. Overview: Trudeau Institute is a nonprofit biomedical research enterprise dedicated to immunology and infectious disease research, focusing on deadly pathogens including tuberculosis, SARS-CoV-2, Zika, influenza, and tick-borne Powassan virus. Trudeau’s roots are traced to 1884, when Edward Livingston Trudeau launched the first American laboratory solely dedicated to tuberculosis research. The core of our strategy, the Trudeau Research Network (TRN), is expanding the reach of our labs and accelerating our progress discovering and optimizing innovative treatment options against infectious diseases. Partners include Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, SUNY Upstate Medical University, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, the Texas Biomedical Research Institute, global biopharmaceutical companies, and large non-profit global health organizations. Education initiatives include the 15-credit immersive, semester-long Clarkson Trudeau Biomedical Scholars project and the Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP).
