Hilbert is a four-year, liberal arts college in the Franciscan tradition located in Hamburg, NY, just outside of Buffalo. Payroll Administration - Responsible for processing payroll for all employees. - Proof and approve hourly employee timecard entry. - Collect, proof and enter employee updates to include job changes, salary changes, deductions, garnishments, address changes. - Maintain confidential payroll records. - On board and set up new hires and process terminations. - Discuss and resolve employee questions and issues. - Review and proof payroll registers and totals before and after processing payroll. - Ensure accurate and timely input and submission of payroll. - Enter, proof and transmit 403b deposits into employee's retirement accounts. - Deposit company provided HSA deposits into employee HSA accounts. - Proof monthly benefit provider invoice for accuracy. - Understand ACA reporting for proper payroll entry. - Assist with Accounts Payable. - Backup for Benefit Administration
