The Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine® (ELAM) Program for Women is the only national longitudinal leadership program for women faculty in schools of medicine, dentistry, public health and pharmacy. ELAM's nearly 1,300 graduates hold positions at 300 institutions around the country, and 75% of women deans of medical schools are alumnae of ELAM.
