The ReHabilitation Center is a uniquely innovative, non-profit community asset that provides a broad continuum of daily services to some 700 people with developmental and mental health disabilities in a three-county area. Headquartered in Olean, NY The ReHab Center evolved from a handful of concerned parents who banded together in 1958 to seek opportunities for their children with disabilities at a time when there were none. The ReHab Center works with the people we serve and their caregivers to tailor programs that enrich virtually every aspect of life for those with mental health and developmental disabilities. Individualized day programs, case management, recreation, instruction in life skills, vocational and employment training – all in an effort to give people the tools and training they need to become productive and contributing members of the community. CARE for Children is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children of all abilities in McKean County, PA and the surrounding Region. CARE provides pediatric therapy services; sponsors early learning program including an inclusive preschool; and provides community outreach services for children with disabilities. CARE is also the lead agency for McKean County Partnership with Safe Kids Pennsylvania which promotes child safety and injury prevention.

Community Action for Wyoming County (WCCA) is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1995 to fight the causes of poverty by providing a variety of services and advocacy for Wyoming County residents. The Institute for Human Services, Inc. (IHS) is a non-profit advocate serving the Southern Tier. Our goal is to support our member organizations through: • Capacity building, governance, and operations support • Strategic collaboration & communication between member and non-member organizations • Professional development and conferences aimed at organizational sustainability • Coordination of programs and services that enhance the capacity for other organizations The Institute for Human Services works together with our members, other non-profits, funders, government entities, and community leaders to create a network of collaboration and communication aimed at improving the quality of life in the Southern Tier. IHS provides services such as the 2-1-1 HELPLINE, Steuben Rural Health Network, Coordinated Transportation Services, Resource Development, and Lead Agency Services as a capacity building, information, and referral opportunity for our member organizations. Community Links is a hub tackling health and social inequality in East London and beyond. We work alongside the community helping people of all ages reach their full potential. We take our local knowledge of what works to influence national decision making. We are proud to be part of Catch22. For over 40 years, Community Links has been transforming lives in the heart of east London. Currently, we support around 5000 children, young people and adults each year through positive, transformative programmes based around young people, unemployment, health, community development, advice and social inequalities. We believe everyone can thrive if they have 3 basic things: good people around them, a good place to live and a purpose in life. We call these our 3Ps.
