NYSARC Trust Services is a non-profit organization that administers pooled supplemental needs trusts (SNT) to allow people with disabilities and qualifying adults to qualify and maintain financial eligibility for Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and other means-tested government benefits. NYSARC helps thousands of people across New York State with varying disabilities protect excess money that would otherwise make them ineligible for services, reduce a person’s services, or even cause someone to lose those services altogether.
