-Supervise and train crew while brewing 15 barrel batches of beer.-Account, Inventory and Order Raw and Indirect Materials.-Inventory, and track Finished goods-Maintain work flow by monitoring steps and the process. -Resolve processing variable by; observing control points and equipment monitoring personnel.-Facilitate corrections to malfunctions within process.-Complete production by; scheduling, assigning personnel and monitor process.-Maintain daily detailed logs for all beer, grain and hop usage for taxation and administrative purposes.-Test for diacetyl in fermenting beers and carbonation in finished beers.-Operate and maintain wildgoose canning machine.-Package finished beer in to sanitized kegs and process for storage, delivery, or immediate use.
