The School for Advanced Research provides a dynamic environment for the advanced study and communication of knowledge about human culture, evolution, history, and creative expression. SAR draws upon its century-deep roots in the American Southwest, anthropology, and indigenous arts to present programs, publications and initiatives that impart the learning of social scientists, humanists, and artists to inform the thoughts and actions of scholars, artists, educators, and the interested public.

The National Center for Genome Resources (NCGR) in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is a non-profit research institute dedicated to improving human health and nutrition. NCGR has a national reputation for development of custom bioinformatic resources for research communities. Our research staff undertake collaborative programs in Infectious Diseases, Inherited Childhood Diseases, Legume Biology, Crop Improvement, Population Genetics and Semantic Web. We also provide educational outreach and internship programs.

The Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC) is an educational nonprofit that introduces seekers to the contemplative Christian path of transformation. The NACA Inspired Schools Network (NISN) is building a movement of students, families, and educators to create excellent schools relevant to the communities they serve.
