I started at ABT as a PT ticket sales rep while in High School and managed 3 different departments when I left 11 years later. Working with the 250+ volunteers that did everything from artist hospitality to concessions to ushering taught me more than anything I learned in college during that same time period.
* Responsible for all aspects of customer satisfaction, fulfilling renter, performer and patron needs
* Controlled the sales and distribution of ticket inventory, including settlement of outlet sales
* Negotiated outlet sales for other venues through the Ticket Office
* Supervised the use of facility during events
* Negotiated rental contracts for use of theater and lobby space
* Managed concessions sales and inventory and Performing Artist hospitality
* Guaranteed VIP and Sponsor recognition and ticketing at all events
* Managed off-site events, securing, training and managing off-site staff
* Scheduled, trained, and supervised Box Office and Front of House staff of paid and volunteer personnel, coordinating benefits and award programs
* Recruited, scheduled, trained and supervised over 250 Volunteer Ushers, Hospitality and Concessionaires
* Actively served on Programming, Marketing, Education, and Facilities Committees for Theater
