Represent the Chief Executive Officer by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence, assisting with organizational functions, answering questions and meeting requests directed to the Chief Executive Officer.
Compose and review reports, memos, correspondence and maintains files.
Confer with CEO on budget development.
Provide and analyze statistical information and reports to the Board of Directors as needed.
Reproduce and compile materials for BOD quarterly meetings.
Assist Association management to make effective decisions by advising them of historical precedents.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive issues.
Assist with booking travel, itineraries and agendas as needed.
Assist CEO to enhance Association relations through data gathering, customer service and project coordination.
Coordinate presentation materials for Board reports, marketing plans, recruitment/retention efforts and select initiatives.
Word process, proof and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, etc. as directed by CEO with minimal direction. Determine variable information to include in multiple form letters to related parties.
Manage, train and assist the work of other team members, volunteers and interns.
Maintain and update the Employee Manual.
Develop and maintain job descriptions for staff and Board of Directors.
Work with benefit vendors to disseminate pertinent information.
Point of contact for facilities management; maintain office supply inventories and related expendables.
Communicate with the building management for any problems arising from cleanliness, comfort, safety, or security of leased office space.
Assist in development of corporate policies and procedures and oversees implementation of the same.
Prioritize and manage team assignments by establishing objectives.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and periodicals.
