• General Manager of the largest hotel in a seven county region of Southeast Georgia; a 126 room, full-service, dual branded conference property, a Quality Inn & Suites and MainStreet Studios extended stay concept. The property included a locally popular, award winning restaurant, and catered event space with capacity for 500 people.
• Designed and implemented all procedures including; operations, accounting, human resources, and sales. Lead property takeover and hired a team of three department managers and 35 associates.

• Earned consecutive "A" health inspection status for both the hotel and food & beverage for the duration of ownership.
• Asset Manager with business development experience in; conducting due diligence, securing financing, and negotiating franchise contracts. Successfully handled buyer-seller negotiations when purchasing the property in 2008 and when selling the property in 2014, as a commercial real estate agent.
• Negotiated bank concessions valued at over $1M in cash flow savings and $2.5M in debt reduction.
• Planned, oversaw and executed over $1M in capital improvements, including; 3,500 sq. ft. formal ballroom, and diversified rooms inventory through the development of a unique extended-stay lodging concept.
