Review a large-scale budget, manage annual financial and inventory audits, process multi-site weekly and monthly payroll for 80 employees, and oversee all corporate tax planning. Direct all annual compliance reports, lead accounting projects, and provide daily support to accounting teams and assistance with comprehensive month-end accounting activities. Spearhead Accounts Payable & Receivable Department operations, including processing invoices, collecting payments, and reconciling accounts – both for customers and vendors. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Skillfully develop and manage a sales tax program. • Continually support scaling policies, systems, and processes. • Serve as a “go-to” support for IT, HR, and accounting-related teams. • Direct all ERP system updates, as well as implementing new ERP systems.
