The National Children’s Cancer Society (NCCS) tirelessly and compassionately supports families making their way through the daunting world of childhood cancer. With over thirty years of experience serving nearly 45,000 children, NCCS has become a master navigator of this world, helping families get where they need to be – physically, financially and emotionally – to give them hope, and to give their children the best possible shot at survival. Distributing more than $66 million to families over its lifetime with the help of compassionate donors, NCCS is able to take a “no matter what” approach, creating a clear path through the world of childhood cancer and survivorship to help families stay strong, stay positive and stay together. Because no family should go through childhood cancer alone. The NCCS is a 501C(3) non-profit organization that is proud to meet all of the Better Business Bureau's "Standards of Charity Accountability,"​ which includes a comprehensive, in-depth evaluation of charity governance, fundraising practices, solicitations and informational materials. Our Little Haven is relentlessly committed to providing early intervention services for children and families. Our community of professional caregivers creates a safe, secure and healing environment for those impacted by abuse, neglect, and mental or behavioral health needs. We make the hurting stop, the healing begin, and the love last, one family at a time.

Ronald McDonald House Charities® of St. Louis provides a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children. These children (eighteen years and younger), who live outside a 50-mile radius of St. Louis, are treated at local area hospitals, including St. Louis Children's Hospital, SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, and Mercy Children's Hospital. In addition to St. Louis'​ three Ronald McDonald Houses and eight long-term apartments, there are three Ronald McDonald Family Rooms. These unique spaces, located inside the three pediatric hospitals, provide a home-like atmosphere where families can take a shower, do laundry, grab a snack, use the Internet, watch TV, or just relax. Each year, Ronald McDonald House Charities of St. Louis serves more than 14,000 local and out-of-town seriously ill children and their families.

Established in 1981, Operation Food Search (OFS) is a leader in hunger relief, nutrition education and advocacy serving the Greater St. Louis region. Each month, Operation Food Search helps to feed 200,000 individuals who struggle with hunger and food insecurity through our key programs: Emergency Food Distribution, Operation Backpack, Nutrition Education, Summer Meals and Fresh Rx.
