One of Kingdom Promotions'​ primary functions is to help nonprofit organizations come up with creative fundraising opportunities by staffing events all over the nation. Last year we staffed over 700 events, providing approximately 15,500 volunteer opportunities to churches, halfway houses, and other struggling nonprofit organizations helping them to raise funds to support the work they do and keep their doors open. KP has placed groups at some of the largest events in the country. Some of the most recognized might be : PGA, NASCAR @ Talladega, Homestead, Sonoma, Phoenix, Richmond and Darlington, Daytona 500, Circuit of the Americas Racing, Sturgis & Daytona Bike Week. We also staff pro and college football events: The Super Bowl, Chiefs, Bucs, Cowboys, Auburn, Kentucky, Louisville, VTech and Huskies. Finally, KP staffs music festivals and state fairs including: Coachella, Stagecoach, Bonnaroo, All Good, Electric Forest, Country Stampede, Tulsa State Fair, SC State Fair, VA State Fair, and FL State Fair. The type of work assignments varies depending on the event and client needs. Most groups participate in ticket taking, traffic control/direction, security, trash pick up, concessions, set up/tear down and hospitality. Organizations raise funds by tapping into their volunteer base. People may not have the money to give, but would willingly volunteer their time at a fundraiser. This is a similar concept to a bake sale or a car wash, but is more beneficial financially. The amount of money a group can generate depends on both the number of volunteers your organization sends and the client needs. The actual donation to your organization comes from us, is based on an hourly rate per volunteer. No individuals receive compensation. We work with multiple teams at most events, some comprised of just a few volunteers, while others have 50 or more. All in all, no matter the size of your group, if you're interested, we can probably place you on an event.
