The IFO is recognized as the official representative of faculty at the seven MnSCU (Minnesota State Colleges and Universities) schools: Bemidji State University, Metropolitan State University, Minnesota State University-Mankato, Minnesota State University-Moorhead, St. Cloud State University, Southwest Minnesota State University (Marshall), and Winona State University. The IFO appoints faculty nmemebers who serve on MnSCU committees and present faculty concerns to the administration through the Meet and Confer process. The Faculty Association on each campus represents the faculty in local governance. Areas of IFO advocacy include negotations, contract enforcement, equity advocacy, MnSCU budget monitoring, academic affairs, government relations, and retirement.

Catholic Finance Corporation was founded in 2000 to promote the growth and financial health of Catholic institutions in the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Since our inception, CFC has developed into a full-service financial and management advisory firm assisting over 75% of the parishes and schools in the Archdiocese as well as the Archdiocese itself and other Catholic institutions. In addition, CFC manages a revolving loan fund which we use to assist parishes and schools in the Archdiocese with capital improvement projects. The income from the loan fund has allowed CFC to offer its advisory services at fees well below market rates and, in many instances, on a pro bono basis. Metropolitan Regional Arts Council improves arts access for Twin Cities metro communities through grants, trainings, resources, and advocacy for artists and organizations.

The Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce, founded in 1969, is a business organization. As the Eden Prairie connection to business and community, we offer various programs, volunteer opportunities and experiences for Chamber Members and Eden Prairie citizens and students. Run by staff members, and the organization is overseen by the Board of Directors. We hope to provide our membership and those businesses who are not yet members the opportunities to grow and succeed in Eden Prairie and the surrounding areas. Our membership is currently at about 540 and continues to grow. We typically see over 6,000 attendees at events and programs annually.

The Citizens Utility Board (CUB) of Minnesota is a nonprofit advocate for Minnesota's utility consumers. We advocate for affordable utility service, consumer protections, and clean energy. CUB aims to be a voice for Minnesotans at the state Public Utilities Commission and the legislature. We work for a rapid, cost-effective transition to clean energy that benefits the public – including communities that have long borne the negative impacts of our energy systems. We fight for affordable rates and stand up to utility companies and their shareholders. CUB is committed to reducing the costs and environmental impacts of energy for the people of Minnesota by improving public policy, educating consumers about renewable energy options, and offering personalized guidance on how to lower electricity, natural gas and telecommunications bills. Using our extensive knowledge of Minnesota regulations and laws, we are dedicated to protecting consumers, supporting the stewardship of our natural resources, and holding utility companies accountable.

Minnesota Environmental Partnership (MEP) is Minnesota’s largest environmental coalition, harnessing the strength of our more than 80 member organizations to protect Minnesota’s Great Outdoors. Founded in 1998 by conservation leaders who recognized the value of working together toward shared goals, MEP provides forums for collaboration and offers capacity building services that make our member groups, and our coalition, stronger. In 2010, MEP became producer of the Living Green Expo, the state’s largest “green lifestyle” fair. Living Green is a two-day event that includes more than 300 exhibitors and 20,000 visitors each year. The event provides a powerful new education opportunity, helping our coalition inspire environmentally concerned Minnesotans to act on their values, and building new connections with green businesses. Together, we work to protect and restore Minnesota's clean energy, clean water and Great Outdoors.

BikeMN is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit statewide organization that strives to make walking and biking a frequent means of mobility within communities throughout Minnesota. BikeMN's Mission is to provide leadership and a unified voice for bicycle education, advocacy and efforts to make Minnesota a place where walking and biking are easy, safe, and fun for people of all backgrounds and abilities everywhere. We believe that everyone should have access to active mobility and that mobility puts human life and health first. To serve this mission, BikeMN has identified three program areas: creating a safe path with Education so that road and trail users behave safely; creating an easy path with Advocacy so Minnesota implements walk and bike friendly policies, programs and infrastructure at all levels; creating a fun path with Community Engagement so that communities, businesses, and higher education institutions are walk and bike friendly.
