Accrolon materials are manufactured/molded in house and are typically composed of PTFE, PEEK, Nylon, UHMW, and other engineered plastics. Many of these materials can be blended with fillers such as glass, carbon, graphite, mineral, and stainless steel for enhanced performance. AccroSeal machinist are proficient in the use of our CNC lathes, and turning and milling centers. We can support component volume ranging from prototyping to full production with a standard lead time of under three weeks from receipt of drawing. Due to our unique manufacturing processes AccroSeal can offer a wide range of sizes while maintaining better than industry standard manufacturing practices. Components can be produced from micro-machining to 22 inches in diameter or more. Our turning and milling centers can hold tolerances on many parts down to +/- 0.001″.
