GMB-III is a licensed Small Business Investment Company ("SBIC"​) with financial resources of $270 million composed of partnership equity and funding provided by the U.S. Small Business Administration through its Debenture program. Target investment size is $3 million - $25 million, with participation in larger mezzanine investments with co-investment partners.

Latitude 42 Brewing Co. is a new microbrewery and restaurant soon to be open in Portage, MI. The brewery features a 15 barrel Craftwerks brewhouse in addition to a canning line. A 203 seat restaurant serving a progressive American style cuisine peers directly into the brewery. The restaurant features a beautiful outdoor patio as well as a private dining room that connects to a secluded outdoor lounge area. There is also a retail space with great gift ideas, including growlers and 6-packs to go.

Our Wisconsin production brewery features a Tap Room, Beer Garden, and industrial Event Hall nestled in the Stadium District of Green Bay, WI. From these simple origins, our mission became clear to us early on: “Brew beer that brings people together”. For centuries families, friends, even strangers have gathered over the communal nature of food and beverages.
