Diltz & Sons (aka Diltz Entertainment or just “Diltz”) owns and operates dartboards, pool tables, digital jukeboxes and the most popular and current currency-operated games to in restaurants, taverns, hotels, family entertainment centers and bowling centers in throughout all of northern Indiana and southern Michigan. Diltz also sells reconditioned machines for home entertainment and provides game rentals for private parties, special occasions, and business events. In addition, Diltz organizes and manages hundreds of NDA and VNEA sanctioned dart and pool leagues every year. Diltz has been in business since 1945. Originally started by Plenny Cornelius Diltz, the business was a place for his sons to work after serving in World War II. To this day, Diltz remains family owned and is currently on its fourth generation of ownership. The business originally operated record jukeboxes and sold records from a storefront in downtown Mishawaka. Meals on Wheels began service in 1977 in southern Lake County, Indiana as part of the Visiting Nurse Association. At that time, meals were obtained from hospitals and nursing homes and delivered to individuals in their home. As our program continued to grow, it was necessary to open a central kitchen to prepare meals for our clients. In 1993, we purchased a building in Crown Point . We outgrew the facility in 2002 when our meal count numbers grew to over 1,200 meals daily for clients living throughout Lake County and in 2006 moved to our current location.

Directly responsible for 20 Player Service staff members and a 65 person Caddie Program including daily golf operations. • Player Service Manager: Created new training manual and incorporated new training weekend • Caddie Master: Created new caddie training manual and conducted 8 caddie training sessions • Golf Cart Fleet Manager: Responsible for managing and monitoring golf cart maintenance program • Created and implemented new member golf clinics that increased participation by 25% from previous year • Introduced successful Junior Golf Program which includes 8 junior golf clinics and 2 junior golf camps • Created Caddie website to promote Evans Scholarship Program and POW Caddie Program • Oversee Member Cart Service program including servicing and detailing of member’s personal carts • Assisted in long-and-short term strategic planning/forecasting for the 2015 golf operations budget • Responsible for day-to-day supervision of golf shop and merchandise attendants • Assisted with 40+ tournament schedule including 10 full field corporate outings • Implemented new policies and procedures for player service staff to increase member service satisfaction • Assisted with ordering, receiving, and inventorying a $300,000 merchandise concession • Responsible for planning and execution of 2014 Whirlpool Outing that raised over $1.5 million for local charity
