Responsibilities included preparing branch budget and business plan. Responsible for recruiting and retaining employees, making employment decisions, wage changes, promotions, performance appraisals, and terminations. Maintained employment records, processed weekly payroll, administered drug screens and criminal background checks, and assisted in benefits administration. Responsible for accident reporting, investigation, and correspondence with company physician. Provided documentation for OSHA requirements.
