Spaulding for Children is a multi-faceted child welfare organization that provides prevention and permanency services. With a goal of ensuring every child that needs one has a permanent family, the Agency services children, families, and professionals through its Academy for Family Support and Preservation, the Institute for Family and Community Development, and Child and Family Services that has prevention, foster care and adoption programs.

CCH is an intensive residential treatment center licensed by the State of Michigan that has provided care for up to 31 boys, ages 5 through 16, since 1948. Crossroads for Youth is a private, nonprofit treatment agency that serves at-risk children and youth. Since 1953 we have helped young people and their families from all walks of life. The heart of our mission is the belief that every child deserves a chance. Crossroads for Youth offers premier programs that give children and teens exactly what they need. For some, a place to feel safe and cared for. For some, a place to learn how to succeed in life. For others, an opportunity to overcome the past. We reach out to at-risk and disadvantaged youth and their families from all over Michigan through our residential, day-treatment and community-based services. We utilize a proven therapeutic model combining Choice Theory and Adventure Based Experiential Learning techniques built on a foundation of trauma-informed care. We empower youth so that they can learn how to evaluate their own behavior and actions in order to make thoughtful decisions in their lives, while also facilitating emotional and psychological healing. For almost 100 years, Hannan Center has been supporting older adults through social services and creative aging/wellness opportunities. Host of the annual 70 Over Seventy event and Emerge! Juried Art Show at the Kayrod Gallery. Our mission remains the same: to preserve the dignity and enhance the quality of life of seniors in Michigan. Hannan Center programs include the Zena Baum Senior Service Center, Beyond U – School for Grownups, Ellen Kayrod Art Gallery, and DayBreak, an adult day program for older adults living with dementia and their caregivers.

We have a permanent staff of medical case managers to serve our clients on the west side of the state. Our staff of medical case managers has extensive experience in managing a broad spectrum of medical conditions and chronic diseases, including spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, cognitive deficits, mental illness. Our clients come from every age and stage of life, from pediatric to geriatric. A professional support staff assists in providing documentation to ensure efficient and organized communication of written information.

Forever Families is a 501(c) 3, non-profit, licensed Child Placing Agency, contracted by the State of Michigan to provide Adoption, Foster Care & Licensing Services for them while also providing Pregnancy Counseling & Direct Consent Adoptions. Private (Direct Consent) Adoptions & Pregnancy Counseling Services are for birth mothers or couples who have either a crisis pregnancy or a pregnancy where they have made the loving, but difficult decision to place their child with another couple or person for adoption because they cannot parent themselves. Forever Families provides them with Preparation, Education & Support through this difficult time so they can choose who they would like to parent their child. They have 24 hour access to Pregnancy Counseling, among other services to walk with them during this entire process. While Forever Families started out as an Adoption Agency, we have grown to include Foster Care Services as the need has arisen within the community we serve. As our services have expanded to include foster care, so has our involvement with community resources to support our foster & kinship families. Kinship families are those families who have agreed to take care of relative children who have come into foster care through abuse & neglect who are now also going through the licensing process as other non-relatives voluntarily have done. This is an adjustment in which our staff support those families through & work with them to help them understand the changes that their lives will go through now that the "State"​ will be in their lives. Since 1997 Forever Families has worked towards providing permanence for the children and families of Michigan through preparation, education & support . We continue that goal with staff who are client & service driven, family focused.
