Lappi-Hunaja on perheyritys, jonka tuotantotilat löytyvät Raumalta Lapin kylästä Satakunnasta. Perheemme mehiläistarhausperinteet ulottuvat yli 70 vuoden päähän. Vuodesta 1945 alkaen mehiläistenhoito oli Into Seikkulan elämäntyötä, mutta vuonna 1991 suoritettiin sukupolvenvaihdos ja mehiläisten hoito siirtyi pojalle Pasi Seikkulalle. Lappi-Hunaja on Suomen tunnetuin yritys hunaja-alalla. Mehiläishoitajainliitto on palkinnut meidät korkeimmalla mehiläishoitajille myönnettävällä arvonimellä ”Vuoden mehiläishoitaja”. Hunajamme ovat saaneet useita palkintoja ja ne ovat keränneet paljon huomiota mediassa myös kotimaan rajojen ulkopuolella. Käytämme hunajan valmistukseen aikaa ja vaivaa, joten erikoishunajien tuotanto ei ole sattuman kauppaa. Vuosien kokemus ja määrätietoinen tuotantotapojen kehittäminen (mm. siirtotarhaus) mahdollistavat laajan tuotevalikoiman, josta löytyy useita harvinaisuuksia, joita ei saa mistään muualta maailmasta. Mehiläisemme keräävät hunajaa ympäri Suomea. Pohjoisimmat pesät ovat sijoitettuna napapiirille, jossa yötön yö ja muut luonnonolosuhteet mahdollistavat ainutlaatuisten hunajalajien tuottamisen. Tuotteitamme ei myydä supermarkettien hyllyillä, vaan ainoastaan markkinoilla eri puolilla Suomea ja Saksaa. The desire to build a brewery was about more than just making beer, it was about creating a way of life and building a community with which to share experiences. Trillium Brewing was founded in March of 2013 by JC and Esther Tetreault with the desire to create a New England Farmhouse-inspired experience through the lens of craft beer. Launched with three employees and the support of family, friends, and community, our little brewery located at 369 Congress Street in Boston’s then-sleepy Fort Point neighborhood has grown to a team of nearly 300. Every member of our organization has incredible drive and purpose, working passionately each day to elevate the quality of the Trillium experience. Beer is at the center of everything we do, and a few core values have always driven the approach to our portfolio: the desire to continue pushing boundaries of experimentation with education, keeping a focus on hospitality by attempting to offer a wide range of styles for a diverse audience, and keeping our team excited and always-learning. Lead Refrigeration TechDrive the company vehicle daily to and from job sites. Job sites span from Massachusetts to Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont and New York. During installations, I am in charge of surveying sites, buying materials, delegating work to my crew and staying on schedule on construction sites. While servicing equipment, I am responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues with various equipment, ordering the correct parts, then repairing said equipment in a timely and profitable fashion.-Customer service skills used daily-Management of crew member’s skills and personalities-Reading blueprints onsite-Ability to work alongside other contractors and trades-Problem solving, measurements, and math-Being adaptable to each site by working in very tight or elevated areas-Use of various power tools including blow torch-Daily OSHA compliance-Taken various refrigeration and electrical courses to better myself at repairing units

We are a brewery and taproom located in downtown Cambridge. Our focus is on aroma-packed and flavor-driven beers, with an emphasis on New England IPAs, barrel-aged sours, and special seasonals. We brew a variety of one-off batches that allow us to pursue our various whims, and we don’t shy away from funk, twists on tradition, and unique ingredients.

We are a Micro-Brewery located in Ludlow, Massachusetts. We are home to some new and exciting handcrafted beers. Our on premise taproom hosts a variety of all of our own brews and provides beer in sizes ranging from sampler flights to full pints. Our doors were first opened to the public in November of 2014 and are open Friday 3:30 to 10, Saturday 12-10pm, and Sunday 12-4.

Wachusett Brewing Company was founded in 1994 by 3 Massachusetts college buddies who developed a significant appreciation for craft beer during their adventures of biking, canoeing and hiking around New England. Armed with a “we can do this” attitude, the three cast off from their careers in engineering and biology to pursue their passion to make great beer. Today, Wachusett has grown to become one of the largest breweries in Northeast with a diverse and award-winning portfolio of ales and lagers that are still made with the same “we can do this” attitude that started the brewery over 20 years ago.
