Timber Ridge School is a residential treatment facility with an accredited middle and high school and a CTE Trades Academy. Timber Ridge is located in Frederick County, Virginia and sits on a ridge surrounded by 217 acres of land with seven dormitories, two school buildings, a dining hall, an administrative building, and a gymnasium. The campus also has football and baseball fields, as well as tennis courts. The mission of Timber Ridge School is to educate and empower our youth and families to be successful and responsible, by building healthy relationships in a supportive therapeutic environment.. At The Learning Lamp, our mission is to engage all children with the support they need to succeed in school. Founded in 2003, with a single program, one-to-one tutoring, The Learning Lamp now serves thousands of children each year by working together with families and schools to meet the needs of students.
