6 months I sold my agency to GES-Goldschmidt, one of the largest rep agencies in the Midwest and agreed to work as contractor during the transition. These moves inevitably take time to develop and evaluate. After 6 months I can now say that it was one the best decisions I made in my 40+ year career. Having the resources of a large dedicated sales team both inside and outside has led to sales growth that would not have been possible without the synergies.
