CW also hosts a yearly community event called Operator for a Day where anyone in the community could try their hand at operating heavy equipment. “We hosted about 1,500 people in two days. Seeing a 3-year-old run a bulldozer was a hoot, the same with senior citizens. Many had never been on a machine before and they were having a ball,” Hutchinson said.
