We employ a talented staff of approximately 50 employees across three shifts. Our primary focus is the Forging Industry, we make a variety of tooling to service the forging market, Dies, Trim Tooling, End of Arm Tooling, Bolster and Press work. EST has a broad selection of machine tools at our disposal to ensure we can produce a high-quality product. EST has ( 16 )CNC Vertical Machining Centers with a maximum capacity of 84”x34” at 8k lbs., ( 2 ) CNC Horizontal Boring Machines with a maximum capacity of 95” at 23k lbs., ( 3 ) CNC Lathe with a maximum capacity of 24” dia. x 34” long. We have Wire EDM capabilities up to 17” thick, 3D printing in a variety of polymers up to a 20” cube. EST can weld and fabricate most anything within our size capacity. We have all forms of welding capabilities I.E. machine, stick, MIG and TIG. With all these machining and fabricating abilities comes the necessary support equipment as well, forklifts up to 30k lbs., overhead cranes to 20 tons.
