Oversee multiple concurrent projects from start to finish including scheduling, budgets, staffing, communication with contractors and subcontractors, and inventory of warehouse supplies, tools, and equipment. Analyze blueprints, specifications, and all constructable aspects of each job. Conduct site visits to identify risks and provide quality assurance. Track productions for estimating advantages and projections. Build company-wide team and industry-wide partnerships. Provide guidance, communication, expertise, and vision.
