The agency is the primary safety-net provider of comprehensive behavioral health services to a community of more than 346,000 people who live north of the Missouri River in Clay, Platte, and Ray counties. Tri-County Mental Health Services provides nationally recognized behavioral health services that include mental health, substance abuse treatment and prevention and wellness activities that include psychiatric services, therapy and outpatient programs, crisis services for individuals and families, and substance abuse programs for adults and adolescents.
