Community Hospital-Fairfax is a critical access hospital located in Northwest Missouri. We are proud to offer our community acute and skilled care inpatient services, obstetrics, home health, surgery, radiology, laboratory and a full range of therapy services. Our ER is open 24 hours a day and we are one of the few small hospitals in our area to offer obstetrics. Our specialty clinics are an important service to our community. Cardiology, urology, oncology, orthopedics, OB-GYN and surgery are just a few that we offer. We have a fantastic medical staff and a primary care clinic inside our hospital seeing patients every day

Open Door Mission is a Gospel Rescue Mission committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty. Each day Open Door Mission’s campus offers 917 safe shelter beds to homeless men, women and children, serves over 3,500 nutritious meals and provides preventive measures to more than 275 people living in poverty. To meet the basic physical needs of the hungry and homeless, the Open Door Mission’s day facility services provide free transportation from the downtown area to Open Door Mission and Lydia House. Open Door Mission offers life-changing programs for those recovering from life-altering addictions and abuse to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

Nishna Productions, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)3 community rehabilitation agency offering vocational training, employment and residential services to people with disabilities in Page, Fremont, Mills and Montgomery counties in southwest Iowa. The programs and services offered by Nishna Productions, Inc. focus on developing individual abilities, as we work toward attaining our mission of "providing support and opportunity for people to accomplish their goals."​ Many individuals with disabilities served by Nishna Productions, Inc. have been able to reach their personal goals and become contributing members of their communities as a result of the support and training given by the dedicated staff employed by the organization. Nishna Productions, Inc. currently operates two vocational training and three day services center, where vocational and day habilitation services are provided. The agency also has 22 residential sites located throughout the four counties.

When we think about our community, we imagine one that is safe, healthy, successful and connected. That’s why Completely KIDS has made it our mission to empower kids and families with the skills necessary to break the cycle of poverty and overcome barriers to their success. Each year, we serve more than 2,000 Omaha-area kids, primarily between the ages of 4 and 14, and their families in working toward this mission. Our work takes place before and after the school day with our kids. We provide a safe, academically supportive and enriching environment at nine OPS elementary and middle schools, a parochial school, three homeless shelters, a community organization, and our building. We also offer expanded services to the families of our kids in the form of literacy, educational support, mental health services and referrals to other agencies as needed. The WCA saves hundreds of lives each year. It is the go-to place for anyone in the Omaha area who is experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking. Our free, high-quality services address our clients'​ immediate safety needs and help them to grow into independence over time. We provide community education and training that includes educational presentations for area schools, businesses, agencies and other community groups and organizations. It also includes providing domestic violence training seminars for clergy, law enforcement, medical professionals and other professionals.

Angels Among Us is a Nebraska nonprofit organization that financially assists families battling a pediatric cancer diagnosis. Families living-in or being treated in Nebraska for pediatric cancer are eligible to apply for assistance. Over our ten year history, we have assisted over 270 families with over $1.15 million in support.
