Monitor foreign currency changes (Euro, GBP, Yen, Turkey Lira, NOK) with recommendations for pricing changes to maintain profitability. • Assisting sales team (US/Africa/Europe/Asia) with evaluating customer profitability. Continual assessment of all operational costs to maintain or improve profitability. • Leading relationship with benefit providers to optimize Health Insurance and Heath Savings plans that optimize costs. • Handling all industry compliance and regulatory reporting.
