Member FDIC. Equal Housing Lender. Equal Opportunity Employer. Local. Community. Bank. Those three words define FSB and serve as the foundation for everything we offer and do. First, FSB has been locally owned for over 90 years, and the Neighbor family has been privileged to be part of that ownership history since 1967. Today, we remain a solid, dependable source of employment for more than 140 talented and dedicated employees. Second, the word community describes our customers, the area where our taxes help support our schools and infrastructure, the charitable organizations to which we make significant contributions each year, and the 25+ events FSB hosts to enhance the quality of life in our community. Finally, we are a bank that provides financial solutions to help our customers achieve their personal, business, and retirement goals. FSB is proud to be a locally-owned, community-focused, full-service bank, and we plan to remain just that. Our total focus is right here at home. The money we lend helps strengthen the economic viability of our community. The donations we make help support critical social services in our community … and helping our customers enjoy the financial freedom they deserve is our reason for existing. On behalf of the Neighbor family and our entire staff, thank you for choosing FSB. For your security, FSB will not post personal account information on this LinkedIn page. Therefore, please do not post account numbers or other personal or confidential information on this LinkedIn page.

MARION COUNTY STATE BANK
Pella, Iowa

Marion County Bank first opened our doors for business in Pella on September 21, 1935. While we have grown to become the largest bank headquartered in Marion County, one thing hasn't changed - we were locally owned in 1935 and we remain that way today. This unique combination of size and local management allows us to provide our customers with a full-service, modern banking environment in a community-minded and personal way. We serve our customers from five convenient locations, including three drive up locations. Our main bank remains at its original site on the east side of the square in beautiful, historic downtown Pella and our iconic windmill drive up bank located three blocks south. When the windmill blades are turning, we’re open for business! In 2019 Marion County Bank expanded our footprint to span Marion County by uniting with Iowa State Savings Bank in Knoxville and Melcher-Dallas. Iowa State Savings Bank opened in 1903 and has also remained locally owned since its founding. With this expansion, Marion County Bank now serves our customers from two locations in Knoxville, on the south side of the town square, and the drive-up on the east side of town. The location in Melcher-Dallas has been around for over 50 years and serves both drive up and walk in customers. Through our growth, Marion County Bank maintains and strives to continue to meet our mission of serving you and building community.
