Redesigned Manufacturing assembly press machine to decrease manufacturing time, variability, and cost by over $2,000 per machine. Created conceptual designs and prototypes for medical devices such as tamper caps and IV bag components while considering biocompatibility and tolerances. Learned to wire and incorporate a new PLC code into a manufacturing process involving Steppers and Servos while creating guides and diagrams to implement more in the future.
