From the very beginning dating back to 1946 when Onsrud Cutter Manufacturing Company (OCMC) first began, LMT Onsrud has been committed to providing the best quality router bits and cutting tools our customers demand and have come to expect. Our roots were established within Libertyville, Illinois with an initial product offering of high-speed steel router bits, milling cutters, and carbide tipped tools and over the next 65 years of producing high quality tooling, we have seen our customer requirements grow and expand. Current tooling lines range from our starting point of engineered panel applications which developed into plastic and composite machining for the marine and aircraft industries. Our latest endmills are utilized to mill aluminum and exotic metals within today’s aerospace, defense, medical industries as well as other technical applications, while our special solid carbide drills are designed to cut composites, titanium and other non-ferrous materials. Bronson & Bratton has been manufacturing tungsten carbide & ceramic tools, dies, and precision parts since 1948. Bronson & Bratton has divisions in seals, powder metal tooling, draw dies, can tooling, rolls, aerospace, and medical. We specialize in difficult materials and tight tolerances. Walter D. Bronson and William J. Bratton founded Bronson & Bratton in 1948. Formerly G.E. Carboloy sales engineers, they recognized the need for a company with the knowledge and skill to finish carbide, and a dedication to serve the customer. Early applications for Bronson & Bratton concentrated on wire and bar drawing dies. Mandrels for tube drawing were soon added. Then heading, nail dies, blanking, and deep drawing applications followed. Bronson & Bratton pioneered the successful application of carbide in tools and dies used in many processes: can lid forming, roll forming, seaming, straightening, and aluminum can drawing. Soon the applications broadened into non-metal working areas: jet fuel atomization, milk evaporation, nuclear fuel pellet compacting, pet food extrusion, rotary seals, and sleeve bearings. With more recent additions in equipment we are expanding our capabilities into high precision machining for the aerospace and medical industries. Now in our third location, we are also in the third generation of Bronson family management. We have slowly and steadily grown from 4 employees to almost 100. From 1873, Payson Casters has been dedicated to the future and committed to offering the most complete selection of casters in the world. Headquartered in Gurnee, Illinois, is Payson Casters complete manufacturing facility, where an idea can be taken from concept to completion.
