• Coordinate and facilitate counseling, advocacy, and day-to-day shelter operations for residentialclients.• Implement trauma-informed care, violence prevention, and youth development programs.• Provide trauma-informed counseling, education, and safety planning for adult residents.• Conduct trauma assessments and use therapeutic tools for mental health and substance abuseneeds.• Deliver age-appropriate advocacy, trauma education, and safety planning for youth survivors.• Facilitate and supervise youth activities, support groups, and meaningful childcare within theshelter.• Coordinate communication between advocacy team, general advocates, and clinical staff.• Conduct client case reviews and collaborate with Shelter Supervisor for staff and client activities.• Ensure efficient communication between agency services and shelter operations.• Arrange transportation and provide community referrals as needed.• Act as on-call supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
