The St. Louis Arc is a nonprofit, United Way agency that provides support and services to more than 4000 adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families, throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. It is an affiliated chapter of The Arc of the United States. Our mission is to empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to lead better lives by providing a lifetime of high-quality services, family support, and advocacy.

Affinia Healthcare is a dynamic and transformative health system, providing affordable primary and preventive health care services to residents in St. Louis. Our five health facilities are staffed and equipped to provide comprehensive Primary Care Services (on a sliding fee scale), in addition to an array of Health Support Services and Community Health Programs. Easterseals Midwest is a registered 501(c)(3) organization that is committed to helping individuals with developmental disabilities — including autism — learn, live, work, and participate in the community. The agency is part of a nearly century-old network of high-quality disability service providers, and together, we strive to change the way the world defines and views disabilities by making profound, positive differences in people’s lives every day. While Easterseals Midwest is part of a strong national network, all of the services we provide were designed in and for the Missouri communities we serve. Our board of directors is local, and we have full control of program and funding decisions. We have been active in Missouri for more than 50 years, helping to build communities where all people with developmental disabilities have equal opportunities to realize their goals, dreams, and aspirations. Currently, we support nearly 5,000 children and adults with developmental disabilities through the following programs: AUTISM SERVICES Our autism services, which include parent training and early interventions, provide help and hope for more than 2,000 individuals and families impacted by autism. COMMUNITY LIVING SERVICES Our community living services support more than 575 individuals with developmental disabilities as they live in homes of their own and participate in the community. EARLY CHILDHOOD SERVICES Our early childhood services help nearly 300 at-risk children achieve more in life through therapies, our early education center, and home visits. EMPLOYMENT SERVICES Our employment services support more than 800 teens and adults with developmental disabilities as they build job skills and find and maintain competitive employment in the community.

MERS Goodwill Mission Statement: "To provide opportunities for persons with barriers to employment to work and live more independently in the community."​ MERS Goodwill’s strategic plan provides for continued expansion with a goal of reaching out to more communities with 50 retail locations and serving individuals across 50 counties.

Community Living Inc. provides life-enriching services to over 1,000 individuals with disabilities in the community. Community Living’s mission and programs reach over 1,000 individuals and their families. From children to seniors, Community Living provides people with disabilities the opportunity to learn, live and work in the community, which makes the community inclusive, diverse and a better place to live.
