The Community Council of Idaho, Inc. (CC Idaho) is a rural-centered, multi-service nonprofit organization that has impacted Idaho communities since 1971. We are now the largest nonprofit serving Latinos in the state. Our mission is to improve the social and economic status of local communities through workforce preparation, education, cultural awareness, civil rights advocacy, and well-being services. We have 11 Migrant and Seasonal Head Start centers throughout southern Idaho that offer full-day bilingual education, parent education, and comprehensive health, nutrition and disability services.

Idaho Youth Ranch helps kids who are coping with trauma find hope, healing, and growth. We provide young people, ages 9 to 24, with residential care, emergency shelter, job readiness training, and outpatient therapies. We have been helping young Idahoans find their way to promising futures for more than 60 years, relying on private donations and revenues from our network of thrift stores to fund youth programs and services throughout the state. When an accident required her to use a wheelchair for 6 months, Donna Sabecky, our founder, became aware of the unique needs encountered by people with disabilities and the lack of adequate services to meet those needs. This awareness drove Donna to open Community Connections in 1985. The organization has grown to 8 locations for more than 800 program participants. Community Connections offers day habilitation, life skills, employment services, individual supports and transportation services. Our organization is staffed by more than 300 dedicated employees in a caring, compassionate environment that helps our employees thrive in the workplace and make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. H.A.S. Inc. Residential Habilitation and Supported Living (ResHab/SL) provides supported living to adults with severe developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. We provide 24-hour support services in accessible, community-based homes throughout the state of Idaho. Each setting is a single-family home shared by one to three people. Across the state, there are several thousand adults with disabilities living at home with parents who are rapidly approaching a point where they will not be able to support their adult children. H.A.S. Inc.s 24-hour support services provide individuals, who might otherwise be confined to nursing homes and institutions, the opportunity to live independently and actively. For many of our clients, being part of the ResHab/SL program is their first experience living outside of home or an institutional, congregate care facility. Our staff provide not only personal care and nursing services, but also support their desire to learn about and participate in their communities.

Summit Independent Living is a non-profit, non-residential program serving people with all types of disabilities. Summit provides consumer and advocacy services to residents of Missoula, Ravalli, Mineral, Lake, Sanders, Flathead, and Lincoln Counties as well as works on a systemic level nationally and across Montana to improve the lives of individuals living with disabilities. We believe that people with disabilities have the right to control their own lives and enjoy the same opportunities as all other citizens. This includes the right to: - Make their own decisions and direct their own affairs, - Have choice in services, transportation, housing, education and employment, - Participate fully in the social, economic and political life in their communities, and - Contribute their unique talents and abilities as respected members of their communities

Opportunity Resources, Inc. (ORI), based in Missoula, Montana, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, dedicated to supporting persons with disabilities. Our mission is to Support Persons with Disabilities in Enhancing Their Quality of Life and in 2015, ORI celebrated 60 years of providing individualized services for hundreds of Western Montana’s adults living with a disability. The goal is simple— to support our clients in attaining independence in housing, employment, and as many aspects of their daily lives as possible, while providing all of the support services required to achieve that goal.
