ALLEGIANCE BENEFIT PLAN MANAGEMENT, INC.
Missoula, Montana
500+ employees
Originally founded in 1981 as Intermountain Administrators, the company's growth, expansion of services, and strategic direction led us to change our name to Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, Inc., on April 1, 2003. Changing our name was a way to put our service philosophy front and center. Our name, Allegiance, is a public statement that we are here to benefit you. In 2008, Allegiance became a wholly-owned subsidiaries of Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (CGLIC), a subsidiary of Cigna Corporation, when CGLIC purchased Allegiance’s holding company Benefit Management Corp. Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, StarPoint, Allegiance Life & Health Insurance Company and Allegiance COBRA Services are all subsidiaries of Benefit Management Corp. Allegiance represents Cigna’s strategy to compete in the market segment that desires TPA rather than fully bundled large carrier products. As a result, Allegiance has seen significant growth across the nation as a result of our affiliation with Cigna. Our corporate spirit has always been one of allegiance to the companies we serve. Our people are deeply committed to our clients and to plan participants. We share your goals and work hard to help you control benefit costs through self-funding. Since its earliest days, our company has been a leader in providing health and flexible benefit plans to employer groups and plan participants throughout the American West. We have always remained dedicated to one thing: outstanding customer service. That commitment continues today as strong as ever. What we do: Allegiance Benefit Plan Management, Inc., develops and administers employee benefit plans for companies, associations and government agencies. Our highly-trained and experienced team of claims professionals, systems and benefits experts, nurses, attorneys, accountants and managers all take great pride in serving you well.

TITLE FINANCIAL CORPORATION
Blackfoot, Idaho

Title Financial Corporation is one of the largest regional title companies in the Northwest currently serving 66 counties throughout Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. Our history dates back to 1905 when Herman Stufflebeam started an abstract company in Bingham County, Idaho. Herman owned and operated the company for 37 years and was succeeded by his wife Ruth Hilliard Stufflebeam who was the President for the following 27 years. Ruth retired in 1969 and Dwain Hilliard Stufflebeam, the founder’s son, succeeded her. Upon being named as president, Dwain immediately began an aggressive project to expand the company’s footprint outside of Bingham County and into Southeastern Idaho and later Montana and Washington. In 2012, Dwain retired as Chief Executive Officer but remains actively involved as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Following in his father’s footsteps, Quinn Stufflebeam began working in the family business at a young age. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Utah and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, Quinn returned to manage a county office in Twin Falls Idaho. He went on to become the Idaho State President and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Quinn has continued to follow the expansion plan and in 2012 the company broadened its footprint into Wyoming. Today, Title Financial Corporation consists of five wholly-owned subsidiaries: First American Title Company, Inc., First American Title Company of Montana, Inc., Insured Titles, Title Financial Corporation of Wyoming, and Title Financial Specialty Services. Title Financial Corporation remains a family-owned regional company and local commitment is key in our organization. At Title Financial Corporation, we are committed to unrivaled Customer Service. Our team is customer-focused and strives to provide a “World Class Experience” at every level.
