Some of my achievements from my time in this role include:• Increasing sales by 400% in the second year, doubling revenue by the fourth year, achieving $1M in annual revenue.• Growing operations from a small storage unit in 2013 to a 2,000 sq. ft. storefront in 2016, later expanding into a warehouse, marketplace, and showroom in Waipahu (2021).• Developing an email audience of over 20,000 with an average 42% engagement rate.• Providing over 40,000 free estimates and served thousands of customers across all Hawaiian Islands.• Cultivating strategic relationships with local small businesses to drive brand awareness and growth.• Establishing proprietary airfreight trade lanes, simplifying complex logistics tasks and ensuring competitive customer pricing.• Negotiating shipping and delivery costs without wholesale discounts, maintaining minimal markups.• Spearheading multi-channel marketing through social media, radio, print, and television, fostering brand affinity.• Creating "The Bloem Bar," a floral design service, to diversify offerings and expand the Haul2Hi brand, resulting in a 12% sales increase in the first year (2019–2023).
