I was responsible for the productivity and safety of approximately 8 direct reports. Oversee color matching for synthetic fiber. Manage and coordinate daily production. Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Production and Quality to meet production goals and customers’ satisfaction. Supervisors are also responsible for training, safety and disciplinary actions for their team. The required use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook on a daily basis for reporting purposes.
