Worked directly with Site Superintendents and Project Managers, duties included but not limited to: procurement, project start up and close out. Process subcontracts and purchase order contracts, process change orders, track/log certified payroll for pertinent projects, process owner and sub pay applications, attend/record meetings and process meeting minutes. Perform some project management functions as needed to expedite projects i.e. process submittals, manage submittal log, Request for Information (RFI) log. Process owner change orders, transmittals for all paperwork originating in the office. Prepare and submit weekly expense reports and fuel reports. Organize and maintain project files, manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Assist owners, subcontractors and suppliers to solve daily business problems in timely manner. Assist Site Superintendent and QC/Safety responsible for overseeing daily production of crews, subcontractors and equipment. Direct communication with contracting officers, engineers and general contractors as needed. Assist with quality control issues, support the investigation, development and implementation of corrective action and passed on for lessons learned.
