The Morse Museum is home to the world’s most comprehensive collection of works by American designer and artist Louis Comfort Tiffany (1848–1933), including the chapel interior he designed for the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago and art and architectural objects from Tiffany’s celebrated Long Island home, Laurelton Hall. The Museum's holdings also include American art pottery, late 19th- and early 20th-century American painting, graphics, and decorative art. The Museum, founded as the Morse Gallery of Art on the Rollins College campus in 1942, opened at a location on Welbourne Avenue in Winter Park in February 1978 and at its current site on Park Avenue in July 1995. Two subsequent expansions of the Park Avenue galleries have increased exhibition space to almost 20,000 square feet, five times that at Welbourne. The Museum is owned and operated by the Charles Hosmer Morse Foundation and receives additional support from the Elizabeth Morse Genius Foundation. It receives no public funds.

ZooTampa at Lowry Park is home to more than 1,300 animals and famous for having one of the most beautiful, tropical zoological settings in the world. Lowry Park Zoological Society, in agreement with the City of Tampa, operates ZooTampa at Lowry Park as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization.

Bok Tower Gardens is a National Historic Landmark, contemplative garden, and bird sanctuary located north of Lake Wales, Florida, United States. It consists of a 250-acre (100 ha) garden, the 205-foot (62 m) tall Singing Tower with its carillon bells, Pine Ridge Trail, Pinewood Estate, and a visitor center. The tower is built upon Iron Mountain, one of the highest points of peninsular Florida, estimated to be 295 feet (90 m) above sea level.[4] It is a National Historic Landmark that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The gardens are designed by renowned landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr. The focal point of the Gardens is the neogothic and art deco Singing Tower, designed Milton B. Medary and featuring work by Lee Lawrie, Samuel Yellin, and J.H. Dulles Allen. The Tower houses a 60 bell carillon, on which concerts are performed daily.

The Tampa Bay History Center takes you on a 12,000-year journey through the past, highlighting the people and stories of Florida's West Coast. With three floors of cutting-edge exhibits and theaters, the History Center offers a unique experience for visitors of all ages and provides a sense of place for long-time residents, newcomers and out-of-town guests.

The mission of the Orlando Museum of Art is to interpret and present art for a diverse public audience; to positively affect people’s lives with inclusive, innovative, and inspiring educational programming which will endure as a cultural legacy in Central Florida; and to stimulate creativity, passion, and intellectual curiosity by connecting people from all backgrounds and experiences with compelling art and new ideas. The Orlando Museum of Art will be a cultural leader in the Central Florida community and beyond. Through exhibition of art and educational programming, it aspires to teach, influence, and broaden the worldview and shared experience of our community. Annually, the museum presents 10-12 exhibitions on-site and 13 exhibitions off-site, award-winning art enrichment programs, unlimited gallery tours, teacher in-service training programs, video programs, distinguished lectures, art appreciation lectures, studio classes, lecture/luncheon programs and outreach services in its facility and throughout the community. The services benefit individuals, including visitors from all 67 counties in Florida, the other 49 states and numerous foreign countries. These programs are implemented by the museum’s staff, its Board of Trustees and more than 700 volunteers, many of whom are part of its membership of 5,000 individuals.

The Museum's economic impact in Lakeland alone has been calculated at more than 12.5 million dollars. We tour 5,000 fourth grade students and host 9 K-12 Student Art exhibitions annually. The Polk Museum of Art's MIDFLORIDA Mayfaire by-the-Lake was named the 20th best art festival in the nation by the prestigious Sunshine Artist Magazine. Approximately 140,000 visitors come to the Museum annually to learn through works of art from across time and place.
