In 2016, we received AAHA accreditation again. Feral Cat Spay/Neuter - The Tampa community is faced with a year-round feral cat problem. It is estimated that there are over 200,000 feral cats in our community. Since 2007, our animal hospital has devoted one day per week strictly to the sterilization of feral cats in Tampa Bay and we have sterilized over 60,000 feral cats. The Humane Society of Tampa Bay is a Platinum Participant on Guidestar and has a certified Service Enterprise Volunteer Program.
