CBHC leverages partner company Lumentum to utilize its proprietary data for advanced underwriting models to gain insight into market trends not available to other investment managers. With $150MM invested over 8 years in tax liens held within Florida, CBHC has consistently produced stable cash flows through smart tax lien acquisition while limiting risk. PARTNER SOFTWARE In Florida, each county releases their delinquent tax certificate list with only 3 weeks of research time before the closing auction day. Without a software platform and/or streamlined process, the proper due diligence can be a barrier to scale.
