Shortly before the completion of their third year, property located at 4410 Maine Avenue was acquired and construction began on structures to house the offices, roofing and sheet metal shops and a warehouse. On November 30, 1984, these new facilities were occupied. The following year, Mr. Peterson left the company and Rob Springer joined the company as vice president and owner that same year.
