My main role is to be an offsite catering server; however, over the last year, my role at CBK has developed and grown with me. I assist captains and our FOH manager in packing and loading trucks to with the equipment needed for the events to be executed. I now occasionally work in the kitchen assisting with food prep for our USF cafes and offsites. I also work alongside our cafe and kitchen managers to ensure that our cafes run smoothly daily.
