• Engineering Manager – Led a team of highly capable Engineers, Designers, Technicians and Assemblers through the manufacture and production of 320 Military Compliant Ka/Ku Band Electronically Steered Antennas (ESAs) and coordinated all the Research and Development (R&D), prototyping and First Article Inspection (FAI) efforts from cradle to grave. Utilizing various engineering disciplines and state of the art prototyping equipment we also developed and militarized various electromechanical devices and SATCOM communications systems primarily for the Military and Emergency First Responders. • Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer – Develop EMC test requirements, test plans and test procedures in accordance and in compliance with MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-464. Supervise and guide all EMC testing and validate test data is complete, accurate and satisfies all requirements.• Systems Engineer – Performed all Requirements Analysis, Requirements Management and Verification and Validation of all requirements. Maintained all Configuration Management through the implementation of an open-source Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and interfaced with customers and provide production updates and presentations when needed. • Manufacturing Engineer – Conducted all Design for Manufacturing (DFM) evaluations on all products manufactured components and assemblies to identify cost savings opportunities; Reviewed and approved all design changes, drawings, and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM). Evaluate all components for obsolescence and alternates.• Quality Engineer – Served as quality engineer during all Material Review Boards (MRB) to disposition all non-conformances and discrepancies; Conducted Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on all failures and non-conformances and implemented Corrective Actions (CA). Ensure all Electronic Enclosures, PCBs, Wiring Harnesses and Cable Assemblies are manufactured to IPC 610, 620 and 630 Class 3 standards
