• Rack-Track: A comprehensive inventory management system with cloud-based multi-tiered access. Rack-Track has been used to manage and track equipment within hundreds of facilities across the country.
• Bulk Provisioning Utilities: Streamline Cisco Explorer Controller provisioning activities with a comprehensive automation software suite.
• EC Add-Ons: Various interactive web-based solutions to provide EC/CAS operators with additional support not offered from the native EC product. Examples include support for: Detailed Session management, IPPV transactions, Non-SA Sources, Statmux Dejitter Groups, set-top signons, outage identification, and more.
Recent Projects:
• Digital Playbook: Designed and developed the "Digital Playbook" platform, a comprehensive solution to automate backups, deconstruct vendor-specific configurations, identify configuration changes, trace cross-device network video flows, perform various on-demand tasks, all from an interactive web-based portal. The Digital Playbook is now part of the standard operating practices at Charter and it currently supports Arris and Harmonic products: Apex1k, Apex1500s, Apex3000s, DACs, CAP-1000s, DM6400s, SEMs, and ProStreams. The roadmap includes the Cisco product line: DCMs, RFGWs, Netcrypts, GQAMs, and Explorer Controllers.
