• Developed and maintained the strategic and financial planning process, including the key performance indicators and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Built out the financial reporting function to support the production of high quality reporting packages to the board and members.
• Managed reporting requirements to banks and timely debt covenant requirements.
• Led the treasury function, including cash flow forecasting, debt repayments and member distributions.
• Reorganized accounting policies and procedures to achieve consistency with industry best practices.
• Implemented procedures to standardize the calculation and reporting of loss rations, claims metrics, and contingent profit commissions.
• Provided advice and support to primary insurance and reinsurance strategy.
