Mission Statement The purpose of the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties, Inc. is to prepare children in our counties to enter and succeed in school. The Coalition helps low to moderate income families receive assistance through the School Readiness (subsidized child care) program. Eligible families may earn up to 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines and must be either working or in school full-time. The Coalition also enrolls children in the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program, free for every Florida 4 year old who is 4 years of age on or before September 1st of the program year. Accessibility Services Inc., or sometimes called ASI, is the leading provider in assistive technology and door automation throughout the state of Florida. Some of our clients include; School Districts, universities and colleges, department stores and the Veterans Administration hospitals in Florida. Our staff is trained to evaluate, install and service all of the products we represent. Whenever possible, we work with the therapists, case managers and caregivers during the evaluation process, offering our experiences and expertise to provide the client with the appropriate equipment.
