Mission Statement The purpose of the Early Learning Coalition of Pasco and Hernando Counties, Inc. is to prepare children in our counties to enter and succeed in school. The Coalition helps low to moderate income families receive assistance through the School Readiness (subsidized child care) program. Eligible families may earn up to 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines and must be either working or in school full-time. The Coalition also enrolls children in the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program, free for every Florida 4 year old who is 4 years of age on or before September 1st of the program year. The Coalition also offers free professional development opportunities for child care providers and early intervention services for children. Tender Care, Inc. is a loving daycare for children with special medical needs. It is our mission to provide the best possible care to the medically dependent pediatric population. Accessibility Services Inc., or sometimes called ASI, is the leading provider in assistive technology and door automation throughout the state of Florida. Some of our clients include; School Districts, universities and colleges, department stores and the Veterans Administration hospitals in Florida. Our staff is trained to evaluate, install and service all of the products we represent. Whenever possible, we work with the therapists, case managers and caregivers during the evaluation process, offering our experiences and expertise to provide the client with the appropriate equipment.

Pasco Kids First Inc. is a private, not-for-profit organization serving Pasco County since 1989 and Hernando County since 2007. All services are centered around the prevention, assessment and treatment of child abuse and neglect. The organization is headquartered in New Port Richey and has offices in Hudson, Dade City and Brooksville.

MD Plus Provides 24 hour, access to physician consultative services to our member clients who, for varying reasons, are unable to obtain medical advice or care from their primary care physician. Our goal is to make available interim support with the expectation that clients will follow up with their own doctor. We aim to seamlessly integrate a telemedicine consultative option into the everyday health care delivery process when contact with our client's primary care practitioner is not immediately accessible. The features of tele-health are significant and include: improved access to doctors, and other qualified health practitioners, timely access to provisional services regardless of time and distance, reduced time, cost and risk of travel for clients, and health care providers which minimizes disruption and its associated stress to their daily working lives. Our commitment and innovation is to partner our members and our health care professionals to achieve leadership in the tele-health industry, ultimately increasing our capacity to enhance access to another health care choices for our members.
