Weekly scheduling of low voltage rough and trim, throughout the state of Florida. Manage scheduling staff in the office and in charge of scheduling 8 foreman and 30 installers daily. Daily communication with Builders, executive management, project managers, foreman and installer for any changes, updates or cancellations of scheduled jobs. Develop and maintain reports and spreadsheets for executive management to forecast production.
