My primary role within this TPA firm is to process distributions. I communicate with clients, participants, & record keepers to prepare and send distribution forms, loan and hardship paperwork, as well as force outs. I put together retirement plan data sheets, calculate vesting, complete various logs, and apply the appropriate fee to process the requests. I’ve also been trained to do plan work, including reconciliations, census checks and imports, in addition to completing 5500 tax forms and 8955 SSA statements. We utilize MS Office and Relius at the firm.
